I’ve just learned that production times are longer than usual when ordering prints and products in my print-on-demand store (run by Fine Art America).
It appears that two of Fine Art America’s production sites in the United States are (still) closed due to COVID-19 (it would have been a surprise if it didn’t have an effect there too). Because of that, products that normally ship out within 3-7 days may take up to a month to ship right now. Products that require assembly (framed prints, canvases) appear to be affected more than "straight prints".
As a result, their customer service is swamped too, of course. If you can wait, that’s all you need to do. Your order will be fulfilled. Thanks for your understanding!
